Application Process

We want you to know what to expect from the recruitment process. All of our application packs will include key information such as salary, interview dates and deadlines for applying. We are trialing the use of a short video or audio job description along with the written application pack we offer in Word and PDF formats. All of our Line Managers are trained to recognise bias.

Our Process

I was given dedicated time during my induction period to meet people online and in person, bridging the staffroom gap and helping me build the relationships I was worried I would miss out on.
Jenna Crittenden
Curriculum Design Lead, Chartered College of Teaching
I am now able, if I need to, to change my working patterns so I can take care of doctor or hospital appointments when it is convenient for me and not have to worry about being absent for too long, or feeling like I am not doing my job.
Kieran Briggs
Data and Platforms Specialist, Chartered College of Teaching
Working remotely is not simply about having a work set-up at home rather than an office, but is about how an employer’s and employee’s approach to work adapts to this way of working.
Miriam Davey
Associate Director, Strategy and Operations, Chartered College of Teaching

Did you hear that? They’ve shut down the main reactor. We’ll be destroyed for sure. This is madness! We’re doomed! There’ll be no escape for the Princess this time. What’s that? Artoo! Artoo-Detoo, where are you? At last! Where have you been? They’re heading in this direction. What are we going to do? We’ll be sent to the spice mine of Kessel or smashed into who knows what! Wait a minute, where are you going? The Death Star plans are not in the main computer. Where are those transmissions you intercepted? What have you done with those plans? We intercepted no transmissions. Aaah., This is a consular ship.
